Reservations made through our website or in person are subject to availability. We may require a credit card guarantee for certain bookings. Cancellation policies are detailed at the time of booking.
For workshops and special events, full payment may be required in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may incur a fee.
If you do not arrive for your reservation and do not cancel, we may charge a no-show fee of up to ¥1,000 per person.
We strive to accommodate dietary needs, but please inform us of any allergies before ordering. While we take precautions, our kitchen handles common allergens, and we cannot guarantee the absence of traces.
Gift cards purchased from Matcha Mori are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They expire 12 months from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matcha Mori shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
